More Photos from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic US Congress Members

Site layouts for Epstein's secluded tropical island among the photographs.

Additionally included in this recent document disclosure appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.

Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, noted on the bottom right.

The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and features a key labelling distinct sections of the land.

Accompanying this are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including layouts for marina coverings.

Additional materials disclosed as part of the continuing oversight process.
